CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be sent via email to the Organizing Secretariat.
In the case of cancellation by July 31, 2022, a 50 % of the total registration amount will be refunded (bank commissions/ expenses are excluded).
Please note that refunds will not be possible after this date. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the Congress conclusion.
NAME CHANGE
It is possible to change your name by 31 July 2022 at a cost of Euro 30.00 + VAT each.
After this date it will not be possible to make changes, but it will be necessary to make a new registration at a cost.
